a) Get direct instruction of design from Director Project.
b) Preparing work plan and schedule for design works.
c) Preparing concepts and changes if there is any guide the team to achieve the goal.
d) Educating team to learn latest trends and technologies.

e) Helping the team to execute by taking actual measurements from site and preparing working drawings for execution.
f) Getting design approval from Director Projects.
g) Preparing detailed presentation based on the designs, concepts, and rendered 3D images.
h) Responsible for layout and designs.
i) Vast hands-on experience in 2D, 3D, interior visualization, and other technical facets.
j) Sound working experience using ITALIAN MARBLE Inlay, LIGHT EFFECTS, and so on.
k) Preparing and executing 2D drawings with dimensions (for sites).
l) Achieving the sales target assigned by the management.
m) Customer relationship and customer expectations understanding.
n) Organising both the execution team and sales team for revenue generation.
o) Aggressive and excellent communication.
