Project Manager:
The Project Manager is responsible for managing delivery of learning solutions to our customers. It involves managing multiple projects on time, within budget and meeting customer requirements. It also involves managing and mentoring team of project leads.
Implementation Head:
This person will head the Implementation team and ensure timely delivery of quality implementation and support services for all customer implementations.
Sr. Instructional Designer:
Sr. ID is responsible to understand client requirement and able to translate that to optimal solution by proposing best possible approach. The person should be able to write storyboards for different end users based on the requirements. He/She should be able to mentor team of IDs and review their work.
Sr. Graphic Designer
he senior graphic designer is responsible for conceptualization and implementation of design solutions. This position requires specialized knowledge of methods and techniques of graphic design and layout. He is not only responsible for production of specific pieces, and demonstrates an ability to keep team members working within established deadlines.
Instructional Architect:
Team IDeA expands to read “Team Innovation and Design Architects”. Going by the name each member in this team would work like an Architect formulating and standardizing the Design part of Custom Content Development.
