Ability to create a high quality and good looking website without the need for an external graphic designer.
Mobile web design
JavaScript (jQuery)
User interface design
Knowledge of differences in browsers / mobile operating systems and how this effects web design.

For Content Writers
Excellent written English
An interest in sports
The ability to work in a team
Experience in journalism ideal but not required

For Graphic Designers

High level of creativeness and polish in digital art.
Good use of software such as (but not limited to) Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand and similar packages (Fireworks, Paint Shop Pro etc).
Ability to work well as part of a team but alone also.
Knowledge of the basics of printed media such as DPI, RGB, CMYK etc.
Good use of computers (both Mac and PC).
Any experience using web sites (even simply browsing them and knowing which look good).
Ability to know what the consumer wants / is likely to want.
Sense of humour!

For Marketing assistants You Need To Have Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter & Other Social Platforms (Instagram, Youtube, Quora, Google Plus)
Comfortable with technology
