Job Description: Travix Leisure & Travel Private Ltd Hiring B.Com/M.Com – Commerce,B.Tech/B.E,Regular Degree Graduate Freshers To The Following Jobs In Travix Leisure & Travel Private Ltd

1.Associate / Sr. Associate – Accounting & Reconciliations:
Ensure 24/7 operational state of end-user equipment, systems and services, fully according SLA managing the IT System Engineers team in Bangalore.
Ensure efficient usage of resources in delivering IT Support services
Ensure development of user skills in use of equipment and systems
Facilitate change management in delivering new systems and services

Lead the overall communication during IT crises management process. Performs post evaluation of managed crises and address potential issues and opportunities.
Ensures optimum level of TCO following the SLA
Acting as Business-To-Support Bridge
Report and manage IT targets and processes within area of responsibility
2.Customer Support – Voice Process:
Ready to work 24*7 shift timing.

Preferably – 1-2 years Experience in travel domain with any GDS knowledge.

Excellent communication skill.

Customer service and interpersonal skills.

Serves customer by determining requirements, Answering inquiries and assisting customers related to travel queries.
